Membership is voluntary and is currently free. Our membership is specially designed for people choosing health autonomy and desiring to change existing life circumstances through alternative health awareness, which will enable members to improve their physical well-being.

To purchase goods or services from Faith Homeopathy & Herbs, you must become a member of our Private Membership Association. Any monies received will be considered non-refundable gifts/donations/contributions in the form of suggested good-will offerings.

Use of this website for any reason other than actively pursuing information and/or services for the betterment of the health of your self, family, and/or child(ren) is strictly prohibited.

The membership will exercise our Sovereign right of “freedom of association”, the right of "free speech", the right of "religious freedom", and the "right of association" as bestowed upon us by our Creator and the Holy Scriptures. We further believe that the First, Ninth, and Fourteenth amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes. This means that our membership activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and any other representatives as provided by law, including artificial intelligence.

These are our inalienable rights.

To join our private membership under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life, you will voluntarily change your capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. Your activities within the membership are confidential and of a private contractual matter that you will refuse to share with any Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies, medical board, FDA, Medicare, Medicaid, and etc. You will fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the membership, unless that member has exposed you to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the membership organization.

These rules govern all aspects of the club and the relationship between the members and the management committee.

1. This membership area declares that our objective is to provide our members with a private platform in which all business will remain in the private domain and utilize the protections bestowed upon us by our Creator and the Holy Scriptures and as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution to conduct business in private, and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed.

We believe that the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the various constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by Nature's God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.

2. WE HEREBY DECLARE that we are exercising our Sovereign right of “freedom of association”, the right of "free speech", the right of "religious freedom", and the "right of association" as bestowed upon us by our Creator and the Holy Scriptures and as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). We further believe that the First, Ninth, and Fourteenth amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada, guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes. This means that our membership activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and any other representatives as provided by law, including artifical intelligence.

All complaints or grievances will be settled by non-judicial mediation, within the Ministry. Also, those membership and private member records kept by the Ministry are strictly protected and can only be released upon written request of the subject matter.

3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter, and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, and/or tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.

We assert these rights under the Federal and State Constitutions, Federal and State law, and the statutes and regulations interpreting them.

Membership to this association, No Longer Deceived Ministries, and any of its groups, including Faith Homeopathy & Herbs, may be terminated by the association Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this association.

4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of products, therapies, treatments, and self-help modalities we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other private business activity.

We hereby declare that our primary purpose is to protect and maintain our right to freedom of choice regarding alternative therapies, alternative modalities of treatment, health care decisions, and the health improvement practices that we choose to receive - by asserting our constitutional, contractual, and civil rights.

5. We encourage our members to perform their own research by studying different resources to prevent illnesses, diseases of our minds and bodies, and for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness. Our concern is for the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.

6. I/We proclaim and reserve the right to include health options that include, but are not limited to: cutting edge treatment modalities and therapies practiced or used by any types of healers or therapists or practitioners the world over whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional or unconventional that I/we feel will truly help.

I/We will choose procedures that I/we consider proper and have a reasonable chance of making my/our health and life better. I/We realize that no health screening, resulting conclusions, or health care services are foolproof. For example, if I/we choose to forego drugs, surgery, or treatments that have been recommended by others, in the public sector, I/we accept that risk.

I/We assert my/our right of informed consent.

7. I understand that this membership is outside the jurisdiction and authority of federal and state agencies and authorities of any nation. All complaints or grievances against the members or professionals within the organization, information, remedies, and recommendations will be settled by a membership designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the members according to our complaints procedure. By agreeing to join this membership, I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself. I understand that it is my personal responsibility to evaluate the services offered and to educate myself as to efficacy, risks, or desirability. I agree that the actions I take, in this regard, are my own free-will decisions.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the membership organization and any and all members, affiliates, agents, successors, and so forth from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and so forth arising out of or resulting from my participation and experience.

8. I agree to join Deceived No More Ministries membership, a private membership under common law, where members will seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life. I accept that the fellow members may offer information, advice, services, and/or benefits that are not necessarily conventional or traditional.

I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member.

My activities within the membership are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with any Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies, medical board, FDA, Medicare, Medicaid, and etc. Any health and/or sickness records I have chosen to share with other members remain the property of the Ministry. I agree to waiver my rights to return any product or information gained within this membership. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against the membership organization or any fellow members of the membership, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the membership organization. I further agree that all Ministry members are exempt from the provisions of any state and/or federal legislations, including, but not limited to medical, food, drug, standards, codes, guidelines, and etc.

9. Deceived No More Ministries will recognize any person (irrespective of age, race, color, or religion) who has joined this association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this association and who acts in accordance with these principles and policies as a member of this association, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the association, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

Membership is for the lifetime of this Ministry.

10. I enter into this agreement of my own free will, or on behalf of a designated dependent, without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services. I affirm that I do not belong to any media outlet and will not misrepresent any information regarding homeopathy, homeoprophylaxis, or any services or information. I affirm that I will not carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I accept that membership does not entitle me to any voting interest in the Ministry. I acknowledge I am not liable for any debts, liabilities, suits, or judgments against the Ministry.

I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member of the association; however, membership termination for any reason in no way waives my adherence to the terms and conditions of this contract. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my joining the membership and it supersedes any previous agreement I may have made.
